Job Details
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with a background in handling sophisticated transactional work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating fast‑moving deals, managing multiple workstreams, and taking ownership of client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex transaction documentsSupport venture capital financings and/or mergers and acquisitionsAdvise clients on transaction strategy, deal execution, and related corporate mattersAssist with securities law compliance and corporate governance as neededWork directly with partners and clients on high‑impact transactional mattersManage timelines, diligence, and closing processes across multiple deals
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of law firm experience in transactional workExperience in Venture Capital or M&A (required)Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detailExperience with securities compliance and corporate governance (preferred, not required)Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing responsibilitiesInterest in building strong client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility
