Attorneys in this group work on a wide range ofmiddle-market and sophisticated transactional matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions (asset and stock deals)

Requirements
- Current State License
- Strong job stability
- Solid academic credentials
- Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
- No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
- Hybrid schedule: 1–2 WFH days/week after training
- Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily
