Job Description

Hogan Lovells seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of two to four years of experience to join its burgeoning energy and infrastructure practice. We are seeking candidates to sit in either our Washington, DC or Baltimore offices with broad experience with M&A, structured equity, tax equity, project development and project financing matters in energy and infrastructure transactions. Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence is required.

The expected base salary range for this role is $235K to $310K per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
