What we are looking for:3–9 years of relevant experience specifically within corporate M&ABackground from top-tier law firms or highly regarded national/international platforms, with exposure to sophisticated, high-value mattersStrong academic credentials, ideally from a top law school or with demonstrated academic excellenceProven experience handling complex, high-stakes work (no high-volume or small-file environments)Stable tenure with a minimum of ~3 years at each firm (no frequent movement)Polished, client-facing skillset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, with experience working directly with partners and clients
What you will do:Advise public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactionsDraft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documentsManage deal execution and coordinate across internal practice groupsWork directly with clients on complex, high-value matters
