We're looking for an experienced attorney with a portable book of business and a strong background advising businesses across a variety of transactional matters.

This role is ideal for a partner who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, investors, and lenders while continuing to expand an established client base.

QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or ability to obtain admission).Significant experience in corporate law, business transactions, commercial finance, or related transactional practices.Established portable book of business required.Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative regional firm.
