Corporate & Fund Finance Associate
Our client, a top AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a seasoned Corporate & Fund Finance Associate to join its globally recognized Corporate & Fund Finance practice in the New York office. This is a unique opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility, deepen client relationships, and join a collegial, commercially focused team at a global firm. The group works with market-leading funds, alternative capital providers, and premier sponsor clients on cutting-edge, first-of-their-kind transactions.
The estimated salary range for this position is $370,000 – $435,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar
- 6+ years of fund finance experience, including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid structures, GP/management company financing, and capital call or other secured lending facilities
- Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and collateral documents, amendments, and ancillary finance documentation
- Experience managing transaction execution and coordinating cross-border teams
- Ability to build and maintain direct client relationships and deliver commercially savvy advice
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a high-performing team
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort interacting with senior clients and counterparties
- Strong academic credentials required
