This role starts on June 15th, 2026 and will run until either August 7th or 14th depending on Intern availability.

Our ROAD Interns:

• Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Services, and Sales & Marketing.
• Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients.
• Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business.
• Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellenceand strategic goals
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred. 
• Working
• knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
• Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor. 
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents. 
• Open to learning and receiving feedback.
• Completion of a background screening. Depending on location, additional screenings (such as physical, drug, TB test, and/or fingerprint) may be required.
