You won't just hear about the big deals - you'll be in the room, learning how they're made, seeing the strategy unfold and being part of the action!

The Crown Dependencies business operates across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We also have some colleagues based within the UK.

We serve Corporate, Wealth & Retail clients with a full banking proposition and a strong, local presence supported by the wider Group.

We're growing fast and acting as a "bank within a bank" inside Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. With colleagues across the islands and the UK - all focused on delivering distinctive, locally relevant banking.

Two years. Four rotations - Unlimited Learning

Over two years, you'll take on four placements across our Crown Dependencies business giving graduates a rare, end-to-end exposure to banking - from building Client Relationships in our Fiduciary, Funds and Corporate & International Private Banking and Product Design to Risk Management.

You'll undertake work that really matters, from managing client portfolios to analysing performance, supporting financial queries and driving the strategic direction for both the business and our clients.

In your coverage rotations, you might:

  • Join high-stakes client meetings, picking up stakeholder management skills and learning how to build trust fast.

  • Create slick, client-facing packs that showcase our solutions. Deliver strategic review presentations - complete with case studies - to celebrate wins and set next-step action plans.

  • Make senior management pipeline reports more visual and insightful.

  • Design one-page growth strategy templates to spot opportunities for strategic accounts.

  • Drive simplification of the business through proactive and pace‑led change

Your risk and product rotations, you could get involved with:

  • Supporting financial modelling to shape the future of a deal.

  • Analysis of ESG and reputational risks, proposing ways to solve them. Handling client queries across two portfolios while juggling tight deadlines like a pro.

  • Sustainability - diving into ESG opportunities that help clients make responsible choices.

  • Driving Product & Risk - getting under the skin of our lending, credit and transactional banking solutions.

  • Supporting strategy, planning and system migrations

  • Applying insights from clients and stakeholders to support the development of products and services.

Learn. Apply. Repeat

You'll work towards your Global Credit Certification (GCC), plus any other training that fits your placements and ambitions. Along the way you'll:

  • Build commercial awareness and technical skills.

  • Learn directly from relationship managers, senior leaders and product specialists.

Who You'll Meet

You'll get a front row view of how major decisions are made in a 'bank within a bank' environment where local expertise meets the scale and capability of the wider Group.

In short: you won't just meet influential people; you'll be developing skills to support you to become one of them.

Your Future. Fully loaded - in the Crown Dependencies

You'll earn a great salary while building the skills, credibility and connections that set you up for an incredible career right here in the Crown Dependencies. Across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, you'll get hands on experience in a unique environment that blends local decision making with the scale of a global financial organisation.
