  • Strong transactional background, with substantial experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ideally involving technology, e-commerce, or platform businesses.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with product and technology teams and providing practical, risk-balanced advice in an agile environment.
  • Comfortable working on cross-border matters; international experience and advising on expansion into new markets is a strong plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
