Job Details

We are seeking a 2+ year associate to join a growing Finance practice.

Responsibilities:

Advise lenders and borrowers on a range of complex financing transactionsWork on asset-based lending, cash flow financings, mezzanine, high-yield, and debtor-in-possession mattersAssist with structuring and perfecting security interests under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial CodeSupport restructuring efforts, including out-of-court workouts (preferred)Collaborate with corporate and M&A teams on transactional mattersManage components of deals and contribute to execution from start to finish

Qualifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required2–3 years of relevant law firm experience in finance or capital marketsStrong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with secured transactions and complex financing structures preferredAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
