GNR has been retained to “Confidentially” identify a DIRECTOR of CORPORATE FINANCE for a well-established & growing MANUFACTURING organization.

We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced “hands-on” finance leader with strong experience managing MANUFACTURING financial requirements.

This role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, you will manage the financials for the multiple sites (approx. $250M).
Collaborating with the Executive team and division Finance leaders you will streamline and restructure all processes and practices, analyze costs & rates, operational finance, budget forecasting, audits, risk assessment etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

STRONG MANUFACTURING FINANCE / ACCOUNTINGexperience is REQUIRED
Cost & Rate structures, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks, Process & Procedure improvements
Communicate & advise the Executive team on financial findings.
BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experience
US Citizenship

NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS if you have: FAR/DFAR – M&A – CPA – CMMC

OFFERING: Attractive Base salary + bonus + benefits & relocation

LOCATIONS: Phoenix, Arizona OR Little Rock, Arkansas region (Must be ON-SITE)
