Job Description

The Corporate Finance Manager is a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, responsible for building and owning global cost models and business cases for enterprise-wide initiatives across corporate functions. Approximately 70% of the role is focused on developing investment cases, structuring cost frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making for initiatives spanning multiple regions.

In addition, the role owns ~30% responsibility for corporate close and reporting, including consolidation, variance analysis, and delivering insights on financial performance across global functions.

This role partners closely with business units, technology, operations, and regional finance teams to translate complex initiatives into structured financial models, while also ensuring disciplined financial reporting, transparency, and governance.

The Corporate Finance Manager will lead and own the development of standardized, scalable cost frameworks and business cases, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership. The role also plays a critical part in explaining financial results, identifying key drivers of variance, and ensuring alignment between plan, forecast, and actual performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A expertise, with deep experience in building and evaluating business models, investment cases, and cost structures for large-scale initiatives, along with a solid foundation in financial reporting, close processes, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable, global cost models for business initiatives across regions and functions
  • Partners with business, technology, and operations teams to translate complex initiatives into structured financial models
  • Develop end-to-end business cases, including investment sizing, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
  • Drive standardization of cost modeling frameworks, templates, and assumptions globally
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and reporting to support investment decisions
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to identify risks and key cost drivers
  • Enable cross-functional and regional alignment on cost assumptions and financial outcomes
  • Support prioritization of competing initiatives through data-driven financial insights
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cost structures and improve investment efficiency
  • Build and enhance global FP&A capabilities related to initiative modeling and financial governance

Corporate Close, Reporting & Consolidation (~30%)

  • Support and manage aspects of the monthly corporate close process for global functions
  • Perform financial consolidation and variance analysis (actuals vs plan/forecast)
  • Partner with accounting and regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Analyze and explain key drivers of variances, providing clear insights to senior leadership
  • Maintain strong financial controls, governance, and reporting transparency across geographies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
  • Strong experience in financial modeling and business case development
  • Experience supporting cross-functional or business initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrixed and collaborative environment
