Job Description
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected insurance services organization seeking a Corporate Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This full-time, onsite role is based in Concord Township (eastern suburb of Cleveland) and is focused primarily on professional B2B marketing collateral design, print production, and brand-compliant visual communication within a structured corporate environment.
This role leans heavily toward in-house corporate design and production, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce professional B2B marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, flyers, product sheets, email templates, and digital assets• Develop multi-page layouts using Adobe Creative Suite tools• Ensure strict alignment with established corporate brand guidelines, typography standards, and visual identity requirements• Prepare print-ready production files (bleeds, formatting, versioning, vendor-ready files)• Manage and support email marketing campaigns and member communications• Coordinate webinars and assist with virtual and in-person event materials• Support website updates and partner marketing initiatives• Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver polished, business-oriented communications
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of corporate graphic design experience within a B2B or business environment• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)• Strong proficiency in Canva for structured template-based production• Demonstrated experience producing corporate marketing collateral for business audiences• Portfolio showcasing professional, brand-aligned B2B design work• Experience working within formal corporate brand guidelines and approval processes• Proficiency with CRM systems and email marketing tools• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain production accuracy• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance creativity with business communication standards• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or commensurate experience)• Prior experience in the insurance, financial services, or other regulated B2B industries• Experience collaborating with sales teams or business development teams in a B2B environment• Experience with Zoho Marketing, HubSpot, or similar platforms
