• * Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
• * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• * Advise clients on legal risks, business strategies, and other corporate matters.
• * Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• * Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• * Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.

Qualifications:

• * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• * Admission to the Florida Bar.
• * Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• * High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• * Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate law.
