- * Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
- * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- * Advise clients on legal risks, business strategies, and other corporate matters.
- * Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- * Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- * Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.
- * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- * Admission to the Florida Bar.
- * Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- * Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- * High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- * Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate law.
