Pay or shift range:$22.92 USD to$26.74 USDThe estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary

Maintain landscaping and appearance of Bank owned buildings. Work at any number of locations, both indoor and outdoor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities· Maintain bushes, hedges, and weeds· Clean exterior of buildings, including parking lots and flower beds· Work well with vendors· Keep landscaping equipment in full functioning order and repair equipment when necessary · Support maintenance staff as needed· Wipe down kiosks, safe deposit boxes, elevator stainless steel· Keep detailed records of work done

Education and Qualifications

Essential:· High school diploma or equivalent· BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annuallyDesirable:· Any landscaping related coursesExperience

Essential:· Knowledge of customer service principles· Relevant computer skills, such as Word and Excel. Desirable:Prior landscaping experience Licenses and Certifications
