Our corporate team plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and communication across all offices.About the RoleWe are seeking a Corporate Office Manager to support our headquarters in Tomball, Texas.This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires someone who can operate independently, stay organized under pressure, and keep multiple moving parts aligned.This position is best suited for someone who:
- Takes initiative without being asked
- Anticipates needs and solves problems
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Manage day-to-day corporate office operations and administrative functions
- Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and COI tracking
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, communications, and office logistics
- Support accounting processes including invoice tracking, reporting, and expense logs
- Prepare and organize weekly operational and pipeline reports
- Set up employee equipment (iPads, computers) and provide basic IT troubleshooting
- Track employee certifications (OSHA, safety, mold, lead, asbestos, and compliance training)
- Maintain vehicle, equipment, and asset records
- Coordinate with field offices and internal departments to ensure alignment
- Ensure the office operates efficiently with minimal oversight
- 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and office systems
- Ability to learn and operate database systems and run routine reports (QuickBase experience preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Tech-savvy with ability to handle basic IT setup and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Construction, logistics, or high-volume operational environments
- Experience supporting multi-location teams or field operations
- A self-starter who does not require constant direction
