Corporate Office Support
Location: Odessa, Texas
Type: Part Time
General Information/Job Summary
Responsible for providing administrative functions to Contracts, Operations and other departments as needed.
Responsibilities/Competencies
- Duties include but are not limited to filing, reception, and day-to-day office management duties.
- Maintain a list of and coordinate the review/approval of policies and procedures
- Create job books for major projects
- Maintain/purge Operations filing cabinets
- Assist with preparations for quarterly team-building events
- Assist with coordination/set-up of monthly PM Training
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
- Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of general office equipment and telephone system.
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
- High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
- Flexible schedule; minimum of 20 hours per week.
