Job Summary: The Corporate Paralegal will handle a wide range of legal matters on an international basis supporting the Legal & Compliance Department. Job Duties: • Assist with document production. • Assist with record file management and reference binder maintenance. • Assist with the department budget and expenses globally. • Assist with legal operations and system administration for the various department electronic systems. • Assist with intellectual property renewals, filings and files globally. • Assist with corporate secretarial and governance matters for certain entities as needed. • Assist with know your customer requests. • Conduct legal research. • Assist with legal and compliance matters as needed. • Assist with notarization and apostille processes. • Provide administrative support as needed. • Assist with projects as assigned.
