Job Description

Prepare, review, and organize corporate documents for legal matters.
Maintain corporate records, files, and document trackers for easy access and accurate reference.
Coordinate document signatures, filings, and follow-up items to keep matters moving forward.
Support the preparation of entity formation, governance, and transaction-related documents.
Conduct legal and corporate research to provide clear information for attorney review.
Manage document versions and maintain complete records of changes and approvals.
Communicate with internal contacts and outside parties to gather required information.
Monitor deadlines and maintain calendars for assigned corporate legal matters.

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:

Experience preparing and organizing corporate legal documents.
Experience maintaining legal files, records, and document trackers.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
Experience conducting legal or corporate research.
Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and records.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
