Corporate Paralegal

Job Description
Prepare and manage corporate documents, including board meeting materials and resolutions. Assist with compliance and regulatory filings to ensure adherence to applicable laws. Conduct research and gather information to support legal projects. Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts. Support due diligence efforts and assist with transactional matters. Coordinate with external counsel and other departments as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions of legal filings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
- Strong research skills; utilizing legal research software Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, CapMx, ShareWorks, Carta, etc.
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation.
- Understanding of corporate and securities law, including SEC regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal and factual research.
- Ability to work accurately and meticulously, ensuring the accuracy of documents and filings.
