Job Description

Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Tampa with pay ranging from 80K-110K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and provide support in various corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and resolutions
Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate issues
Manage corporate governance documentation and compliance
Support attorneys in preparation for closings, hearings, and trials
