Job Description
We are hiring for a Payroll Tax Support Specialist. In this full time position you will be responsible for the timely research and preparation of requested/necessary amended payroll tax returns and ensuring the accuracy of clients’ federal, state, and local filings. Potential candidates should pose a BA or BS and 2+ years of payroll processing, payroll tax, or payroll analyst experience.
Position Details:
- Full time, contract
- M-F schedule days
- Prepares amended tax returns using internal software
- Tracks status of new amended returns and adheres to departmental time lines
- Communicates with clients and management team regarding tax filing changes and operational issues
