At Rabobank, we’re growing a better world together, and that includes growing early careers. Within our North America Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team, this entry-level role blends operational support with hands-on experience, offering broad exposure to how Corporate Real Estate supports people, places, and purpose while building a strong foundation for a future in Corporate Real Estate Management and project management.

Our Shared Future:

“This role gives you exposure to something new every day. It’s a hands-on role while where you’re learning Corporate Real Estate alongside a supportive, collaborative team.” - Portfolio Manager, Corporate Real Estate Management.

You and Your Job

As a CREM Admin & Support employee, you will be successful by providing dependable, detail‑oriented operational support that keeps the CREM team organized, informed, and moving forward, while building a strong foundation in corporate real estate operations and project support.

The CREM Admin & Support role is an ideal entry point to learn how Corporate Real Estate operates within a global organization. By supporting day‑to‑day activities such as data management, records retention, insurance documentation, CSR reporting, and facilities coordination, this role helps keep the CREM team organized and running efficiently. You’ll work closely with internal partners and external vendors, gaining hands‑on experience supporting real estate and facilities initiatives. Overall, this position builds foundational skills while contributing to informed decision‑making and the successful delivery of real estate and workplace services across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the North America Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team and assist with day‑to‑day operational needs.
  • Maintain and update CREM databases, trackers, and portfolio information to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Execute required actions for the Records Retention and Destruction program, including coordinating archive record movement with Iron Mountain.
  • Support the North America Corporate Insurance program by assisting with documentation and record maintenance. Prepare required reporting for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and support other departmental reporting needs.
  • Provide backup support to the New York facilities coordinator, including assistance with onsite services, vendor coordination, and general office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support CREM activities and ensure timely follow‑up and issue resolution.
  • Assist with special projects, onsite events, and departmental initiatives as directed by the manager.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Corporate Real Estate Management Admin and Support role, you must have:

  • 2+ years’ experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Our employee benefits are focused on four main components:

  • Physical Well-Being includes our commitment to your Health and Wellness. Medical, Dental and Vision plan coverages are effective on your date of hire. Rabo offers multiple plan options and a full network of providers to best meet your needs.
  • Financial Well-Being provides for your Retirement + Savings + Security. We love seeing your retirement plan balance grow just as much as you do! That’s why you can start participating in the 401(k) plan on your date of hire. Plus we match 50% of the first 6% you contribute to your 401(k) plan for US Employees. Rabo also contributes an additional 3% of your eligible pay in Safe Harbor contribution and up to 3% in annual Discretionary Profit Sharing contributions.
  • Emotional Well-Being ensures your Work + Life balance. We offer a generous paid time off program to full time employees: up to 20 days of vacation time, 5 days of additional time off plus 7 sick days and 11 US holidays annually (based on hire date during the calendar year). In addition, Growing a Better World Together requires wanting the best for our employees and their families and our communities. To do that, we offer both the time and financial support to give back to the community through our Dollars for Doers, Helping Hands and Gift Matching programs. (All paid time off is subject to company accrual and carryover policies.)
  • Workforce Well-Being supports a hybrid working model that offers the flexibility to split your time between home and the office—typically 2–3 days remote and the remaining days onsite—promoting both productivity and personal well-being.
