Job Description
D2B Groups is seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our client's talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about connecting great talent with great opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
