Corporate Sales Trainer

OneTouch Direct is seeking a passionate and skilled Call CenterCorporate Sales Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in our fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, company policies, and product knowledge.
• Onboarding new call center employees and preparing them to meet performance expectations.
• Assessing training effectiveness and providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Collaborating with management to update and improve training materials and processes.
• Maintaining detailed training records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in call center environments and sales training preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
