We are looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Strategy Manager to join the strategy team at If, working across all Nordic markets and Business Areas. About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a strong and high‑performing strategy team that works closely with the management team and leading experts across the organisation. Together, we shape If's long‑term direction, identify new business opportunities, and drive initiatives of strategic importance for the future of the company. What makes this role particularly special is that we operate at the corporate level, meaning our work has a broad impact across all business areas, countries, and functions.
Initiatives can range from developing growth strategies, evaluating market changes and ways to capitalise on them, to running operational improvement initiatives and much more.
You will work in close collaboration with the other team members (3-4 strategy managers) and, in parallel, build a supportive network across the organisation. Your tasks would include:
Supporting the development of our overarching strategy
Leading prioritised strategic initiatives at both Nordic and country levels
Working closely with, and advising, business units on selected projects and strategic development
Exploring and assessing major new business opportunities
Preparing and presenting strategic analyses of selected business issues to leadership teams and relevant forums

About If

Who are you?
You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, business development or equivalent.
You also have:
Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate how market changes and trends affect the insurance market and If
Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate both discussions and presentations on complex business issues
Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel with a strong sense for planning and prioritisation of work
Ability to establish credibility and trusting relationships with senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, enjoy analytical work and seek to understand business trends through facts and figures
Strong academic record with a M.Sc. degree in business administration or engineering
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
