Corporate Tax Experienced Senior AssociateLocation: Dallas, TX 75201Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office – effective March 2026)Position Type: Full-Time The Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate will be part of the Corporate Tax Solutions practice, supporting corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 income tax provision (end-to-end including preparation, review, and audit), and tax planning engagements. This role involves hands-on execution, client interaction, and increasing responsibility in engagement management within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage tax engagements from planning through completion
• Prepare and review ASC 740 income tax provisions (end-to-end)
• Assist with corporate tax compliance and review tax returns for accuracy
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns on tax projects
• Conduct tax research and provide technical support on complex issues
• Respond to IRS and state/local tax authority inquiries
• Collaborate with clients to gather financial and operational data
• Utilize tax software to prepare and process returns
• Maintain strong client relationships and service delivery
• Participate in training and professional development activities

Must-Have Requirements

• CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
• 2–4 years of progressive corporate tax experience
• Strong experience in ASC 740 tax provision (prep, review, audit – end-to-end)
• Recent experience with Top 20 public accounting firms
• Strong technical skills in corporate tax compliance and consulting
• Willingness to work hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Required Skills
