Job Title: Corporate Tax ManagerLocation: Houston, TX 77002🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 tax provision projects
Lead client engagements from planning to completion
Review tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities
Work with IRS and state tax authorities
Mentor and supervise associates and interns
Support large multi-state and global company tax matters
Collaborate with internal tax specialists and client teams

🔹Must-Have Qualifications

Active CPA (Illinois/Chicago or reciprocity) OR JD with active law license
Currently working as a Tax Manager
4–7+ years corporate tax compliance or consulting experience
Recent ASC 740 tax provision experience (within last 1–3 years)
Public accounting experience (Top 15 firms preferred)
Experience with large multi-state/national/global companies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Able to work onsite 2–3 days/week
