This highly visible role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership, and a demonstrated ability to expand market presence through business development and strategic relationship building.Key Responsibilities:● Lead tax teams delivering compliance, provision outsourcing, and consulting services to middle-market clients.● Serve as a trusted advisor by providing high-quality technical and strategic tax guidance.● Coach, mentor, and develop managers and staff to strengthen technical capabilities and team performance.● Drive growth through business development, networking, and expansion of services to existing clients.● Collaborate with partners and firm leaders to strengthen service offerings and support firm-wide initiatives.● Engage with clients across industries such as Technology, Private Equity, and other middle-market sectors.● Provide oversight on federal (ASC 740), multi-state, and international tax engagements.Qualifications:● Active CPA license required.● Significant business tax experience with a large local, regional, or national public accounting firm.● Expertise in federal (ASC 740), multi-state, and international tax compliance and consulting.● Experience with Technology or Private Equity/VC clients is a plus.● Proven track record of driving growth and expanding a practice, service line, or office.● Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills.● Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated staff development success.● Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
