- Various locations and shifts.
- Performs direct nursing tasks including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living and hygiene needs, and obtaining certain lab specimens.
- Charts observations and activities, reporting pertinent changes in the patients condition.
- Performs delegated or other specialized functions as educationally prepared.
- Assists in maintaining and providing a clean, safe environment.
- Orders, receives and stores supplies and performs basic clerical functions.
- Participates in follow-up activities and tracking clients, schedules appointments and performs other related tasks.
- Provides case finding and recruitment of at risk persons for comprehensive health services.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Oklahoma license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Prefers current certification in good standing by the Oklahoma State Department of Health for Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Administration.
- Minimum of 1 years of recent experience within the last 3 years as a Certified Medication Aide.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
