- Various 10 hour shifts
- Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted NM license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of _1_year of recent experience as an RN.
- Copy of current, completed License from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
