Strivector s premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEW As a Corrugator Supervisor your roles and responsibilities will include:

Direct supervisor to one assigned shift of hourly employees. Responsible for supervision, direction and leadership in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure goals are met.
Supervise employees in the daily production of corrugated board, to include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; promoting safety, quality production and teamwork; resolving conflicts.
Lead and motivate employees by setting an example of superior behavior, attitude and performance to work efficiently and effectively, while ensuring a safe work environment, and a quality product.

QUALIFICATIONS Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Corrugator Supervisor who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Corrugator Supervisor would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Corrugated industry experience is required.
Two years of manufacturing experience is required.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
