Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Indiana.
- Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana.
- Teaching or training experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology techniques and theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and mentorship of aspiring beauty students.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
