Immediate need for a talented Cost Recovery Project Manager – Healthcare Operations & Process Improvement. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.). Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare Operations & Process Improvement
- Lead and support complex healthcare operational initiatives involving workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and cross-functional execution
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies and drive scalable improvements
- Create and maintain concise project plans, operational summaries, risk logs, and executive updates
- Cost Recovery & Revenue Operations
- Support initiatives tied to:
- Cost recovery
- Reimbursement workflows
- Revenue cycle optimization
- Claims/process improvement
- Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Systems & Workflow Execution
- Partner with operational and technical teams on:
- EHR-related workflows
- Process automation initiatives
- System/process enhancements
- Support implementation and optimization efforts involving Epic, EHRs, reporting tools, or operational platforms
- Stakeholder & Program Management
- Coordinate across:
- Clinical teams
- Operations
- IT
- Finance
- Vendors
- Executive leadership
- Drive accountability, timelines, issue resolution, and communication across multiple workstreams
- Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and workflow performance
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools to support operational decision-making
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and executive-ready updates.
- 5+ years of healthcare project/program management or healthcare operations experience
- Healthcare operations
