Costing Specialist Manufacturing & Distribution

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and excellent account service skills.Responsibilities:Learn our manufacturing and distribution operations and translate that knowledge into accurate product costing/quoting.Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with our customer service policies and guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.Perform general office administration support.Skills Needed:Minimum of 2 years of experience.Strong ability to understand technical information and translate it into costing.Mechanically inclined

Ability to read basic prints.Proficiency in Excel.Capability to learn industry specifications and research standards.Quick learning and adaptability.Patience in learning the quoting process.Effective telephone communication skills with the ability to discuss and resolve customer issues.Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers to provide exceptional service.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail.Positive and professional demeanor.ERP software or manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.What We Offer: This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to learn new skills, work as part of a team, and build a career.
