COTA – Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant | German Centre $35.00 - $42.00/hour, based on experience PRN | As needed

Delivering Solutions that Matter:Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational TherapistProvide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and daily living skills
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational TherapistDocument treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
Qualifications for Success:Current Massachusetts COTA license in good standing 1-year experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferredCPR certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
