Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRNPleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab CenterDerry, NH$35–$38/hourPleasant Valley Nursing & Rehab Center is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support occupational therapy services in our skilled nursing facility.Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatment under OT supervision

Assist residents with self-care, mobility, and therapeutic activities

Reinforce adaptive techniques and therapy strategies

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the OTComplete accurate treatment documentation

Qualifications:Active COTA license required

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
