Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative

Lincoln, NE | $24-$26/Hour | Monday-Friday | First Shift

We're hiring a Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join a leading distributor serving the waterworks, underground utility, and construction industries. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule

$24.00-$26.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Full-time
No weekends

What You'll Do

Assist customers at the sales counter
Answer incoming phone calls and emails
Prepare customer quotes
Process orders accurately
Support inside sales activities
Build relationships with contractors and commercial customers
Help customers find the products they need
Learn industry-leading waterworks and construction products

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service or sales experience
Inside sales or counter sales experience preferred
Construction supply, industrial distribution, waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, or underground utility experience is a plus
Strong computer and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
