Courtesy Bus Driver - CDL Required - Pick Your Shift

With Pick Your Shift, you decide when you want to work. Available shifts are posted weekly, and you can select the ones that best fit your schedule. This flexible option allows you to balance work and personal life while staying part of a supportive, customer-focused team.

What You’ll Do:

You will transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility. This includes greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicating route details and stop information, and sharing next steps in the rental process.

By delivering friendly, professional service and following all safety, driving, and DOT requirements, you help create a smooth, welcoming experience that sets the tone for the customer’s journey.

As a Pick Your Shift employee, you’ll begin with a scheduled, paid onboarding session where you’ll meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group. During onboarding, you’ll complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments to prepare you for success. Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to start selecting the shifts that work best for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Air brakes or passenger endorsement requirements vary by location)• Previous professional driving experience• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance• Strong customer service and communication skills• Flexibility to work all shifts• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
