Assist CPCE department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Answering department phone and emails.

2. Assisting in other admin-related tasks.

3. Assisting in developing and executing social media strategy.

4. Writing clear, strategic, creative copy for posts and promotions.

5. Designing graphics based on branding guidelines as necessary.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Able to work at least 14 hours a week (between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday).

2. Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other systems and tools.

3. Highly motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

4. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

5. Interpersonal skills, including a collaborative and team-oriented work style.

6. Experience with designing graphics in programs like Canva and/or Photoshop.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service experience.

2. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Strong copywriting and editorial skills.

4. Understanding of data-driven social media strategies.
