FieldBridge is looking for a CPL Field Specialist in Minot, ND to work for the worild's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
CPL Field Specialist
Pay/Schedule: $24.00 - $26.00/hour | Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5 PM. Great OT opportunity available. At $26/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,352.
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated CPL Field Specialist to support wireline completions operations out of the Minot, ND facility, serving active well sites across the Williston Basin. In this role, you will deliver completions and wireline equipment to job sites, train wireline personnel and customers on equipment usage, conduct daily customer check-ins, and assist shop personnel with job preparation. This is a field-based role combining customer site visits, equipment delivery, and shop support — ideal for a mechanically inclined candidate with strong communication skills and a willingness to grow within the oilfield completions space.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver completions and wireline equipment to active job sites and ensure all deliverables are accurate and on time
- Train wireline personnel and customers on proper equipment usage and conduct daily check-ins to ensure job success
- Gather signed field tickets for invoicing and assist shop personnel with equipment preparation and staging
- Participate in job risk analysis, service quality meetings, and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections while observing all HSE policies and PPE requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-3 years of experience preferred; wireline or completions experience a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift certification a plus; recertification available onsite
- Steel-toed boots preferred; all other PPE provided
- Must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance as an employee possessor of explosives in accordance with ATF Form 5400.28
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
