We are looking for motivated and passionate bartenders at Yellowbelly.
We are looking for people with craft cocktail experience, classic cocktail and spirit knowledge, but with hospitality and friendly service being equally as important. The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, while still focusing on hospitality and customer service. Our bartenders must be able to present intricate cocktails without pretension or pretense.
We have health insurance available to all full time employees.
Night and Weekend Availability is Required.

Requirements
- A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
- Must be friendly and focused on hospitality towards guests
- Craft Cocktail Experience with Spirits and Classic Cocktail knowledge
- Proven experience working at a fast-pace in high-stress situations, while remaining calm
- Must be available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and Weekends. We are open Tuesday - Saturday for dinner and Saturday brunch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are small, locally owned Restaurant group in St. Louis. We opened our first restaurant, Retreat Gastropub in 2015 (we no longer own it). Yellowbelly opened in 2018, and we expanded with an additional cocktail bar named Lazy Tiger in 2020. When we opened, we were listed as One of the Best New Restaurants according to Sauce Magazine, Feast Magazine, Ian Froeb & St. Louis Post Dispatch, Riverfront Times, and St. Louis Magazine.
