Established & headquartered in Philly, Fame House powers eCommerce for UMG's labels, artists, and Bravado, along with a select roster of 3rd party clients. Our success & culture is fueled by collaboration, both within FH and with our partners. We are passionate about the impact of eCommerce for artists, providing a full service solution to grow an artist's owned business including strategy, creative, storefront merchandising, fulfillment, customer service, technology, and more.

How we LEAD:

Merchandise and e-commerce is part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it's a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it's another pathway to connecting with an artist and the culture they represent.

Famehouse is seeking a Creative Director within our Digital Creative Services team. This role will sit at the forefront of connecting artists with their fans across all digital touchpoints, leading brand expression, art direction, and UX/UI across artist merchandising and e-commerce experiences. This role is responsible for shaping how artist brands translate into best-in-class digital storefronts, campaigns, and commerce ecosystems, connecting visual identity, content, and user experience into a cohesive, artist-led narrative.

You will oversee projects from inception through launch, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, high-impact creative work that balances brand, usability, and commercial performance.

How You'll CREATE

  • Own the overarching creative vision for artist stores, brand system implementation, and e-commerce experiences.
  • Set and maintain a clear visual and experiential direction across UX/UI, digital design, content, and campaign touchpoints.
  • Oversee the integration of brand identity, art direction, content, and UX to create seamless, engaging storefront experiences.
  • Lead the creative development of artist stores, ensuring visual storytelling, navigation, and content work together intuitively.
  • Establish and evolve creative frameworks, design systems, and experience principles that scale across projects.
  • Partner with insights and research teams to translate fan behavior, performance data, and learnings into creative strategy.
  • Continuously refine creative approaches based on results, cultural trends, and emerging digital best practices.
  • Act as a trusted creative partner to labels, artists, managers, and internal stakeholders by communicating creative direction with clarity and confidence, building trust and alignment across teams.
  • Balance artist expression, brand integrity, UX best practices, and commercial objectives.

Bring your VIBE

  • 5-7 year's experience with Ecomm digital creative direction
  • You don't just make decks, you create worlds that people want to live in, then sell them
  • You understand that creative production is a team sport and foster a collaborative environment
  • You are obsessed with digital experiences, but no, really.
  • You understand that function dictates form, but emotion dictates action
  • You exist at the intersection of fashion and music
  • Deep experience within either fashion Ecomm OR Music, both preferred.
