You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure that our websites are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and optimized for performance.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the company's brand, target audience, and marketing goals- Design and create visually appealing and functional website layouts and graphics- Use a variety of design tools and software programs to develop and refine website designs- Optimize web designs for mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and search engine optimization- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that website designs are implemented accurately and efficiently- Conduct user experience testing and make necessary adjustments to improve user interaction and engagement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve web design quality and effectivenessQualifications:- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design projects- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other similar software- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and development- Experience in responsive web design, mobile optimization, and cross-browser compatibility-Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement design elements that contribute to improved search engine rankings- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment- Ability to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting- A keen eye for visual design, layout, and typography with a strong attention to detail- A passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices for web designThis position is remote and open to candidates located within the United States.
