  • Recruit, onboard, and manage creators aligned with campaign objectives, audience priorities, and geographic markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, serving as a primary point of contact throughout assigned campaigns.

  • Partner closely with the Creator Partnerships Manager to expand creator coverage, increase program capacity, and support simultaneous campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with research, editorial, production, social, legal, and marketing teams to develop creator briefs and campaign materials.
  • Match creators to campaigns based on audience, content style, expertise, geography, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor creator content to ensure deliverables align with messaging, brand standards, and platform best practices.
  • Track creator performance and campaign metrics, providing recommendations to improve future creator partnerships.
  • Maintain creator databases, campaign documentation, and workflow processes that support efficient program management.
  • Stay informed on creator economy trends, emerging talent, and platform best practices to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
