At Credera, you'll be treated like a full-time consultant from day one. As a Technology Solutions Intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to solve complex business and technology challenges, build relationships with clients, and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable impact.

Our internship program combines hands-on project experience, technical learning, professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. After onboarding and training, you'll join a project team and contribute to real client work while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies, industries, and business challenges.

What You'll Do

Depending on your client engagement and project, your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting software development, data, analytics, cloud, and technology transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with teammates to solve complex business and technology challenges
• Researching technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution design
• Participating in project planning sessions, standups, stakeholder meetings, and workshops
• Developing technical solutions, models, pipelines, or application features to address client needs
• Applying engineering and consulting best practices across project work
• Contributing to presentations, demonstrations, and client-facing deliverables
• Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Learning from experienced consultants and incorporating feedback into your work

Technology Solutions consultants are both technologists and consultants. Interns gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and project types before specializing later in their careers. Projects may include work related to:

• Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and AI-enabled business solutions
• Software engineering and application development

• Data engineering and analytics
• Machine learning and artificial intelligence

• Mobile technologies
• Technology strategy and implementation

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Informatics, Computing, or a related field
• Foundational programming or technical skills through coursework, projects, internships, research, or extracurricular experiences
• Demonstrated academic achievement
• Leadership experience through student organizations, coursework, work experience, athletics, or community involvement
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship, if applicable

$30-$33/hr

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
