We are seeking an individual skilled in credit analysis and business lending to assist in growing our portfolio of commercial loan relationships. This position is in-person and does not have ability to be remote.

Key responsibilities include:

conducting credit investigations
analyzing credit information pertaining to commercial loans
assisting in the preparation of credit approval presentations
preparing financial analysis and loan documents
preparing annual reviews and risk ratings for existing loan relationships
developing and maintaining client relationship

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field along with a minimum of three to five years of Credit Analyst experience in a financial institution setting. Qualified candidates must have strong relationship building skills. Prior agriculture lending experience is a plus.
