Job Description

About One Park Financial:

One Park Financial, a leading provider of financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, has been consistently recognized as a top workplace for seven consecutive years, earning both the Best Place to Work and Sun Sentinel's Top Places to Work awards. As a fast-paced and innovative financial services company, we take immense pride in disrupting the industry and positively impacting the lives of business owners nationwide. At One Park Financial, excellence and results are celebrated, and your skills and passion will be recognized and rewarded, providing opportunities for both professional and personal growth.

Description:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the modernization of our credit decisioning platform. You will own the vision and execution for transforming legacy systems and reimagining end-to-end business processes across Document Processing, Pricing, and Final Funding — the core pillars of our small business financing operations.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and credit, and requires someone who can bridge complex business workflows with scalable, modern AI/ML solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for credit decisioning modernization
  • Identify inefficiencies in legacy architecture and build the case for change based on Analytics
  • Translate business goals into a clear, prioritized product strategy
  • Conduct deep discovery across Document Processing, Pricing, and Final Funding workflows
  • Map current-state processes and lead redesign efforts to reduce friction, manual effort, and decisioning time
  • Partner with credit, operations, and risk stakeholders to validate pain points and solutions
  • Drive automation and intelligence into document intake, classification, and extraction (e.g., bank statements, tax returns, business financials)
  • Reduce manual review cycles through OCR, ML, and third-party data integrations
  • Re-imagine configurable, transparent pricing workflows that balance risk and competitiveness
  • Streamline the final funding process from approval to disbursement
  • Identify bottlenecks in stipulation clearing, contract execution, and fund release — and build solutions to resolve them
  • Work closely with engineering in an agile environment to deliver iteratively
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of product improvements

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of credit decisioning workflows or small business lending operations
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or leading platform re-architecture initiatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams such as credit, risk, ops, engineering
  • Excellent communication skills — able to influence without authority
  • Exposure to Salesforce and API integrations with credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian), data providers, risk decisioning platforms and/or or open banking platforms (Plaid, DecisionLogic)
  • Bachelors or Masters (preferred) in STEM

Benefits

  • Dental Insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401k with Match
  • Company Paid ID Protection
  • Company Paid Life Insurance
