The Credit Risk Administrator is responsible for supporting Account Executives and Relationship Managers by overseeing account maintenance activities and resolving account related problems. This position primarily supports account activity (cash accounts, documentation, KYC files) relating to clients in the Capital Partners/Corporate Lending LOB, as well as loan documentation for the Capital Partners/MFO & IM LOBs. This position is also responsible for supporting collateral activity for the MFO LOB, ensuring that collateral issues are reported to upper management on a daily basis, and monitoring collateral releases w/respect to loan outstandings.

Key responsibilities include:

Collateral Monitoring and Management

  • Compile Daily Collateral Reporting, for distribution to Partners, Senior Managers and Relationship teams
  • Identify collateral issues which merit further investigation and escalating to the MFO Chief Credit Officer where appropriate

Documentation Management

  • Prepare account documentation for Corporate Lending clients
  • Prepare loan documentation for MFO/IM clients, utilizing DocuSign for signatures
  • Aid in the preparation of KYC files for Corporate Lending clients, as appropriate

Communication

  • Liaise with internal MFO Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates with respect to collateral issues and loan documentation
  • Liaise with Corporate Lending Relationship teams with respect to KYC and account documentation
  • Work with Loan Services and Trade Finance teams, as appropriate

Administrative Tasks

  • Collateral, Credit and Loan Reporting
  • Electronic filing of account and loan documentation in ECMS/EDM

Qualifications:

  • BA degree or equivalent working experience
  • 1-5+ years of relevant professional experience, financial services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Salary Range

NY: $75,000 - $90,000 + annual bonus target

The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
