Job Description

The role will support the analysis, development and optimization of credit policies and strategies, with a focus on underwriting, credit line / loan amount assignment, and risk-based pricing. The individual will use analytical tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for profitable portfolio growth while effectively managing credit risk across the customer lifecycle.

Work Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)

Salary Range: $150K/Yr - $170K/Yr Base + Annual Bonus

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.
